AM I AVERAGE
It is considered average to lose between 1 and 2 lbs. per week - the important thing to remember is the word average - it is not a direct slope down - some weeks the loss could be 4 pounds and then nothing the next to give you an average of 2 pounds per week. You are doing great!
I on the other hand am doing horrible! I would love to be average right about now - average sounds wonderful. Embrace and celebrate your success - you are inspiring others whether you know it or not. Whatever you're doing, you're doing a good job.
