Monday food log
Hope Julio and his newly svelte and hsndsome self were not washed away by the rain today
b-1/4 egg beaters and 1 slice no fat cheese
l-2 ounces turkey and 2 cherry tomatoes
d-2 ounces chcicken and 1/4 squash
s-1/4 applesauce with cinnamon
2 cups skim milk, large decaf iced coffee, 48 ounces of water

S - Protein bar and handful of cashews
L - Veggie Wrap (w/cheese)
S - Maybe yogurt if I'm hungry
D - Roasted chicken w/veggies
S - the evening snack is my downfall lately - I have to get that in check -
Exercise - hmmm - I'm working on it - I'm in a slump. To get energy, I have to use energy and I have no energy to start working out after getting up at 4:30 - working 9 hours - doing homework - by the end of the day I'm spent. I can't get up any earlier then 4:30 - I know that school takes up a lot of my time that I could be using to exercise, but I don't want to give up school for exercise. It's an issue - I'm trying to find my way...........I'm just taking a very, very long path - a journey with tons of bumps and back roads - I'm not a highway person at all!

L 3oz's seafood salad with roasted red peppers in a whole wheat wrap
D Going to make some Chicken and Rice. I will just have a little chicken.
Decaf and Crystal light. Arm still healing so will do my hour on my Nordic track till I can start working back at the gym! Everyone have a great day!
