Hi Laura, Call your doctor and have him hook you up with a support group meeting. Its very easy to slip back into our old habits. Make sure to be excersizing as well. Portion control is only part of the cure to our weight "Journey". Talk to your Nutritionist as well to see if she can help you get back on track. Its good you see that there is a problem. Now work at getting it fixed! Take care and best of luck!

Laura: Ditto to everything Julio has said to you. In addition, give yourself credit for reaching out for help now. You have gained 15 lbs. not 90 or more. This is part of the journey that many doctors do not discuss. This is not failure, but a new level of understanding and comittment on your Journey Home. Take the bull by the horns and make this journey yours that works for your where you are now. You can do it with support. T.

First of all asking for help now before any additional weight gain occurs is a big plus. I would like to add a little advice in addition to the others previous posts. It might be helpful to track your food and exercise online at sparkpeople.com or some other site so you could see your calories and nutritional intake. (unless you are already doing it). They have lots of helpful info about nutrition and exercise. You may find ways to adjust or change a few small things in your routine so you can take off those 15 lbs. Best of luck Sher
