L Turkey ad cheese roll up
D Cooks night off, so will see what the Mrs,s brings home!
Decaf and Crystal Light to keep hydrated. Overdid it a little at work so nursing a pulled muscle in my arm so will get a good walk in after work to keep these old bones working. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

YESTERDAY
55 min FLEX Class with KATEEMA at gym. All resistance stuff.... a bit sore today.
No lunchtime walk... raining too hard.
TODAY
2 miles Leslie Sansone walking/resistance band tape, 30 mins.
20 min brisk walk at lunchtime
FOOD
in the planning stages now... all good things in proper proportions.
off to work early.

B~ eggwhite omlette whith some ham and green peppers
S~Low fat cottage cheese
L~ Salad greens with grilled chicken, chickpeas, and mushrooms
S~ SF Jello if needed
D~ not sure... going out with a friend... maybe a nice salad or something along that line.
It is back to basics for me... was side tracked and gained 3 lbs! freaked me out... so I am being a good girl.
