Thursday food log
LOl very early start Have to be at a workshop at 9 am and wil not be online at all during the day....
b-1/4 egg beaters and 1 ounce fat free cheese
l-2 ounces chili
d-2 ounces turkey and 3 cherry tomatoes
s- 1/4 applesauce with cinnamon
2 cups skim milk, 1 large decaf iced coffee, 40 ounces water
30 minutes eliptical machine, 30 minutes treadmill and a few weight machines to work on my thighs and calves--shhh lol don't tell my trainer ;)

L - Roasted Vegetable Wrap w/cheese
D - ?? My cousin is in from TX and wants to go to his favorite grinder shop - H&M in Windsor Locks - Oh my God - their grinders have like 10 million pounds of meat on them - maybe I'll just order a meatball as a side or get an antipasto.........
I am such a bad girl with exercise I'm working on it - I'll be an exercise queen one day - I think I can I think I can I think I can - just like the little train that could!!

B Sausage and Egg whole wheat wrap
S Cheese stick
L 4oz's Chicken Marsala and a few small pieces of sweet potato
D Barber Stuffed Chicken Breast with a small salad
Decaf and diet hot chocolate to drink, what a miserable day! Stay Dry!
