LOl very early start Have to be at a workshop at 9 am and wil not be online at all during the day.... b-1/4 egg beaters and 1 ounce fat free cheese l-2 ounces chili d-2 ounces turkey and 3 cherry tomatoes s- 1/4 applesauce with cinnamon 2 cups skim milk, 1 large decaf iced coffee, 40 ounces water 30 minutes eliptical machine, 30 minutes treadmill and a few weight machines to work on my thighs and calves--shhh lol don't tell my trainer ;) Have a safe and serene day all Carol D.

Wow I guess you did get an early start! B - Protein Shake S - Cashews & a Protein Bar L - Roasted Vegetable Wrap w/cheese D - ?? My cousin is in from TX and wants to go to his favorite grinder shop - H&M in Windsor Locks - Oh my God - their grinders have like 10 million pounds of meat on them - maybe I'll just order a meatball as a side or get an antipasto......... I am such a bad girl with exercise I'm working on it - I'll be an exercise queen one day - I think I can I think I can I think I can - just like the little train that could!! P.S. T - see all the protein I got in today so far???

Hi Carol, thanks for starting the Food Log. Up late last night and had to dash to work this morning! B Sausage and Egg whole wheat wrap S Cheese stick L 4oz's Chicken Marsala and a few small pieces of sweet potato D Barber Stuffed Chicken Breast with a small salad Decaf and diet hot chocolate to drink, what a miserable day! Stay Dry!

Hi Stacie, There are different opinions about Which coffee is best. My doctor told me to drink decaf. You may want to ask your doctor. He told me Caffinated coffee dehydrates you. Best to ask your doctor! Best of Luck on your "Journey"!
