Thanks for remembering my 1 year anniversary!

To Tammy and everyone on the CT board thanks for all your well wishes. This has been one incredible year for me. So many positive changes have come my way after WLS. First is simply feeling so much better. Chronic pain is just about gone, energy level has increased to a point that I feel at least 20 years younger. Coming off many of my presciption medications. Starting to exercise and enjoying it. Being able to shop in any store for clothes. I could go on and on listing the amazing changes that have happened to me. This was the best thing I have ever done for myself and I have to thank all of you who post on the boards for sharing your experiences, before and after WLS with me, the good and the bad. It gave me the courage to go forward and start this incredible journey. Hugs Sher
