Wednesday's Food Log
Ah half way to the weekend!
B- 2 ounces chicken
l-1 vegan burger and 1/4 summer squash
d-2 ounces turkey and 3 cherry tomatoes
s- 1/4 applesauce with cinnamon
2 cups skim milk, 1 large decaf iced coffee, 40 ounces water
Will walk 20 minutes during my lunch break, 15 minutes during my break from my evening job, then put in 45 minutes on the eliptical machine at the gym tonight.
