L 4oz's shrimp with ****tail sauce
S Protien Shake after Gym
D Chicken Marsala with a small salad
Decaf and Crystal Light to keep hydrated. Will get these old bones back to the gym today. Hope everyone has a great day!

I woke up and felt like I have sinus pressure and headaches SIGH! but exercised for 40 min on exercise bike at work this morning before I open the gym.
B broiled egg and handful of Speciak k cereal
S load of water
L Chef salad with low fat dressing
S load of water
D stuffed pepper with green beans
S laod of water
Need to rest tonight for my sinus pressure

EXERCISE
55 minutes circuit training class
20-25 mins brisk walk at lunch (about 1.3 miles)
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal.
WATER PROTEIN WATER
S - 1/2 c cottage cheese if nec
WATER PROTEIN WATER
L - 2 oz talapia, 1 oz lean beef, raw veggies 1 tbls dressing
WATER WATER WATER
S - Protein shake with milk
D - soup with added protein
S - milk or yogurt
