Julio-hope you are okay
b-2 ounces no-fat cheese
l-1 vegan patty, 1/4 summer squash
d-2 ounces chicken, 3 cherry tomatoes
s-1/4 c. applesauce with cinnamon
2 cups skim milk, large decaf iced coffee, 40 ounces water
60 minutes on the treadmill at the "obscene" hour of 6 am

Thanks for starting the Food log Carol. Was a little worn out yesterday and overslept so had to dash out this morning!
B 2 Hard Boiled Easter eggs ( What else would I have the day after Easter!)
S Cheese stick
L Hummis, roasted red pepper and American Cheese Wrap
D Honey baked ham, some sweet potato's and a small salad.
No gym today, still tucked out from a busy weekend. Will get back at it tomorrow! Take Care Everyone!
