looking for a vegetarian chili recipe

hi follks-- Does anyone have a good recipe for vegetarian chlii? Have a wonderful holiday Carol D.

I've got a good one that I actually came in 3rd place in a chili cook-off. I'll dig it out and post it in the next day or so.

Carol, I went thru my recipes and could'nt find that recipe or my recipe for Oriental Chili (different and really good) I was sooo mad, tore the house apart and found the Oriental Chili recipe but not the vegetarian one. I'll keep looking. I remember it had like 3 cups of grated carrots in it and that gave it nice color as well as thickening it.
