ON THE HEELS OF DAVE...
...I learned this week that the LESS I eat, the LESS I want to eat; Duh! I'm doing my own version of detox, trying to get ready for a trip to Jamaica. For the next two days, I am eating only 3 meals, nothing inbetween; no starches, only protein, veggies, and small amount of fruit; all my water; hour-long workout; and a little self TLC. My cravings have already diminished significantly and I feel better. I'll let you know what the scale has to say about all of this in a couple of days. Maureen
