Morning Everyone, Looks like it may get a bit of " Nippy Weather" in the next few days. Make sure to check the temps outside before you head out that door.
B 2 poached eggs
S Small Banana
L Turkey and cheese whole wheat wrap
D Beef and Veggie Stir Fry
Decaf and Crystal light to keep Hydrated. Hope everyone has a great day!

EXERCISE
25 mins brisk walking at lunch with work gang.
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal, slice of strawberry.
S - 1/2 c cottage cheese
WATER PROTEIN WATER (total of 42 gms protein in one can)
L - 1-2 pieces sushi (33-66 cals), 1 oz talapia, raw veggies
WATER PROTEIN WATER
S - Protein shake with milk (30 gms protein+) maybe
D - soup (low sodium stuff) with added protein and veggies
S - skim milk warmed up/ 1/2 banana

LOL I think I spoke too soon about spring being here
B- 2 ounces turkey
l-vegan burger and 1/4 c. squash
d-2 ounce chicken and 1/4 c, spinach
s-1/4 applesauce with cinnamon
2 cups skim milk, medium black decaf iced coffee, 40 ounces water
45 minutes on the eliptical machine and possible some time spent in the small pool at the Y
