Tuesday's Food Log
Morning folks, Looks like the weather will be getting a tad cooler for a little while in the next few days. Don't put away those winter coats just yet.
B 4oz's Kashi Crunch Cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk
S Small Banana
L Seafood salad wrap
S Protien Shake after gym
D Baked Chicken breast with a small salad
Decaf and water to keep hydrated. Didn't get to the gym yesterday, was feeling a bit under the weather so will get it done today! Hope everyone has a great day!

Me.. Towanda...go figure.
Went to the gym and did not fall of the face of the earth...no sky fell... who knew?
EXERCISE
1 grueling hour of CIRCUIT TRAINING with Kateema... now that is a warrior woman for sure.
She has not one ounce of "loose muscle" on her body!
She was encouraging, kind... but did not let us slack.
I am proud to say I made it through the entire hour... adapting when needed.
the shower will be a welcome thing on my muscles. Do I have muscles?
FOOD
Pretty much same as yesterday.
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal, slice of strawberry.
S - 1/2 c cottage cheese
WATER PROTEIN WATER (total of 42 gms protein in one can)
L - 1-2 pieces sushi (33-66 cals), raw veggies, 1/2 tbls lowfat dressing
WATER PROTEIN WATER
S - Protein shake with greek yogurt/skim milk (30 gms protein+)
D - soup (low sodium stuff) with added protein and veggies
S - skim milk warmed up/ 1/2 banana

Hi all---saw some lovely daffodils today--Spring is HERE!!!!
B- 1 low fat string cheese strip
l-1 vegan "burger" 1/4 summer squash
d-2 ounces chicken, few strips of romaine lettuce, 1 slice of cucumber, 1 "ring" of fresh onion, 2 cherry tomatos, and just a piinch of julienned carrots
(I adore the salad bar at Big Y--a single, post-op womens dream bar)
s-1/4 applesauce with cinnamon
Will be begging my trainer Mark at PF to work me harder tonight, then will do 25 minutes of cardio

I am pretty sure I'll be going to a YOGA class tonight - my friend just got certified and is teaching her first ever class and my other friend is pulling a guilt trip on me to go and be supportive - I am not immune to guilt - especially when it comes to being supportive of a friend that I love and adore! BUT I am not in the mood for yoga - I don't feel very flexible right now
