Monday's Food Log
Morning Everyone, Hope you all had a great weekend !
B Toppings off a slice of "Sausage and Pepper " Pizza.
S Cheese Stick
L 4oz's Meatball with and cheese
S Protien Shake after Gym
D 4oz's Pork Roast with a small salad
Decaf and Crystal light to keep Hydrated. Will hit the gym after work . Lets all do our best to stay away from all those "Easter Treats" that will cross our paths as we get close to the holiday! Take Care,

Morning...
EXERCISE
20 min L.S. walking/resistance band tape, 1 mile.
At lunch 20-25 min. brisk walk.
Will begin my gym membership this week.
I suppose 'OUCH' will be part of my vocab for a bit.
I know I can do this... baby steps... right?
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal, slice of strawberry.
S - 1/2 c cottage cheese
WATER PROTEIN WATER
(have a new protein I can put in my water, finding it helps to get the liquids in)
L - 3 pieces sushi (100 cals), raw veggies, 1 tbls lowfat dressing
WATER PROTEIN WATER
S - Protein shake with greek yogurt/skim milk (30 gms protein+)
D - soup (low sodium stuff) with added protein and veggies
S - Yogurt if needed.
Plan on adding FRESH veggie juicing to my evening routine soon.
Want to keep the cals down a bit for a while.

Hi Julio and Everybody !
Sorry I was not on post much but I want input my food track. Dorota I am looking forward our 5K running and it will be special moment when you will finish the line and I will take some pictures of you WINK!
B- lower sugar oatmeal
S load of water ( few bites of atkins bar)
L chef salad with low fat dressing
S load of water
D stuffed peppers Yummy
S load of water
Will running on treadmill at work for 30 min then will go take for a walk with dogs after work

Better late than never
b-2 ounces of chicken
l-2 ounces of turkey and 3 cherry tomatoes
d-2 ounces of chicken on a bit o lettuce and onions
2 cups skim milk, 1 med decaf iced coffee--black, 32 ounces of water
walked for 45 minutes at the gym and then strolled for 15 minutes on my break from work
