Hey, Its The Weekend! "Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssss"! B 3/4 cup oatmeal S hand full of grapes L 4oz's Tuna Fish with Mayo and Roasted Red Peppers D Cook's night off. Will see what the Misses brings home for supper! Hope to see a lot of you folks at the "Gala". Have A Wonderful Weekend!

Hmmm - I don't do good on Friday's when I'm home with my son - this morning I've just been sucking down coffee and just can't bring myself to have breakfast - I gave him oatmeal........I'll try to have a protein bar for breakfast L Chicken Salad D Hamburger on the grill with veggies Going for another walk today with my men! HAVE A BLAST, BLAST, BLAST AT THE GALA ALL!!! I want to see pictures!!!
