Morning Everyone, 2 DAYS TO THE " Gala ", Yayyyyyyy!
B 4oz's Meat Loaf with melted cheese
S Small Banana
L Turkey, Cheese, Roasted Pepper, and Lettuce on Rye Bread Sandwich
S Protien Shake after Gym
D Turkey Meatball in sauce, with Broccoli .
Decaf and Crystal light to drink. Will hit the Gym after work . Summer is almost here and gotta get these old bones in shape! Have a Great Day Everyone!

I'll miss seeing you at the gala - I just couldn't fit it in this year.......but hopefully I'll be at the summer bash!

S yogurt and a protein bar (too much snack I think)
L vegetable wrap (mushroom, onion, tomato and cheese - yum)
D Out to eat tonight probably will have a burger w/no bun and some brocolli at Friendlies
Walk around the block
