Morning Folks, It's" Hump Day", Yayyyyyyy! B Small bowl of Oatmeal S Small Banana L Seafood Salad Wrap D Grilled Chicken Breasts with a small salad Decaf and Crystal light to drink. Went to gym yesterday so will just get a little cardio in today. Hope everyone had a great day!

Good Morning to all ! B ~ english muffin with a light coating of LF/PB on it. (eaten very slowly of course) S ~ Coffee with FF creamer L ~ Lean cuisine D ~ boca burger maybe Got my excerise done! Can you believe it?!?! I did a brisk 1 mile walk and some light areobics with Leslie Sansone! (thanks for the suggestion) I'm trying! Once again. Bree
