Monday's Food Log
Just the day I log on with all the positive attitude I can have, I dont see any of my old buddies. Oh well, I bet they will be on later on.....
I am not one to follow for any newbies reading this, but here goes,

S ~ Coffee with FF creamer
L ~ lean cuisine
D ~ chicken salad maybe
will do my excerise at home tonight. Leslie DVD's.

L - Vegetable Wrap
S - nothing
D - Meatball with a couple noodles and grean beans
Water, water, water
Going for a fill tomorrow - I've GOT to start losing again - hopefully this will give me a little edge.........

S Handful of grapes
L 4oz's Clam Chowder
D Beef and Veggie Stir fry .
Decaf and Crystal light to drink. Did a lot of heavy lifting today so will count that as my workout. Will get a little cardio on the bike after supper! Night All!
