Hi Everybody, Hope you all had a great weekend ! We had a little taste of Spring yesterday, Yayyyyyyyy! B Ham and Chese Roll up. S Handful of Grapes L Turkey and Roasted Pepper Whole Grain Wrap. S Protien shake after Gym D Chicken Stir Fry Decaf and Crystal Light to drink for the day. Will hit the gym after work . Hope everyone has a great day!

Oh yes... Spring is on it's way... the birds are saying so! EXERCISE LS 1 mile walking/resistance band tape, 20 mins, 8 oz h2o while walking. 20-25 min brisk walk at lunchtime B - 2 softboiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal, 1/8 c blueberries CALCIUM - Citrical Creamy Bites...yum S - 6 oz yogurt L - 3 oz talapia, 1 c raw veggies, 1 tbls SB dressing S - Protein shake mid afternoon D - soup with added protein MULTI, SYNTHROID, ETC. Off to the races! T.

Morning! B - Mozz cheese L - salad w/chicken, 1/2 wh wht bagel s - 90cal snack bar D - pork roast stew in crock pot s sf popcicle going to try to make it to the gym tonight..... along with a nice spring walk with the girls after work/school. have a great day.
