EXERCISE
LS 1 mile walking/resistance band tape, 20 mins, 8 oz h2o while walking.
20-25 min brisk walk at lunchtime
B - 2 softboiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal, 1/8 c blueberries
CALCIUM - Citrical Creamy Bites...yum
S - 6 oz yogurt
L - 3 oz talapia, 1 c raw veggies, 1 tbls SB dressing
S - Protein shake mid afternoon
D - soup with added protein
