Morning Everyone! A sweltering 16 degrees out there this morning! Keep the faith, Spring is just around the corner!
B Turkey and Cheese Roll Up
S Small Banana
L 3oz's seafood salad with lettuce and roasted pepper wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla
S Protien Shake after gym
D Beef stir fry over a little brown rice.
Big Mug of Decaf along with my water. Will hit the gym after work to work these old bones a bit! Everyone have a great day!

Yesterday... actually did 25 min walk outside at work midday.
Food.. was ok.
EXERCISE
20 min/LS Walking Tape/1 mile, 16 oz H20 with walk.
Hopefully 20-25 min walk midday at work again.

B - 2 soft boiled eggs/1/4 c oatmeal/few blueberries on top
S - ??? not sure if I will have one, if so.. maybe an apple

L - 3oz skinless chicken breast/raw veggies/1 tbls southbeach dressing

S - Protein shake with soy milk/1/3 banana for flavor and potassium
D - Not sure... date/food shopping night with hubby
Spring IS coming.. the birds have been chattering of late in the early morning. Sure sign!
