A blast from the past....

hi all, I have been quite bad at keeping up with my posts...(as you are all thinking...who the heck is this????) I am 13 months out from my lap-bypass ;down 174 lbs and feeling great! I just wanted to take a minute and say thanks to all of you. I would come to this site when ever I was feeling bad, sad, or confused..and you guys would always answer my posts with concern and well wishes.I also would like to take a second and say how great Chris Lodi's fast trak group is....the hardest most emotional 13 weeks of my life...but I know what my core is.....For anyone post-op that is still "feeding" bad habits..this class is very helpful!!!!! I am not advertising but just saying hi and thanks to you all...especially my sisters from Monday night group....I miss you all and wish you all well!! Thanks for taking the time to read this...see you all in person(hopefully) at the dance ((((yes deb, I'll be emailng you today))) ....Drea
