Morning Everyone! Nippy out there so bundle up!
B Ham and Cheese Roll up
S Small banana
L Seafood Salad and Roasted red pepper wrapped in a whole grain tortilla
S Protien Shake after Gym
D Whole grain pasta with Turkey Meatballs in sauce
Big Mug of Decaf and lots of water to keep Hydrated. Will go to gym after work and start getting these old bones back into " Summer Duty" Shape! Nows the time folks, get out there and get moving! From a brisk walk to a killer workout its all good. The important thing is to get our bodies moving to make the best out of our "Journeys". Start of slow and enjoy the new stamina and energy that comes along with us choosing this path we are on! Be Well,

Yesterday did 20 mins/1 mile/Leslie Sansone Walking Resistance Tape
Plus... 20 mins walk at lunch outside. (this will become a daily thing now as that my boss has given us the opp to do this ON THE CLOCK!) So that adds 100 bonus mins to my routine!
Today... ditto of yesterday.
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c. oatmeal, sliced strawberry
WATER WATER WATER
L - 3 oz chicken breast (no skin), raw veggies
WATER WATER WATER
S - Protein Shake with 1/3 small banana to give it yumminess and potassium
D - Not sure yet... will be healthy of course.
MULTI, SYNTHROID, ETC.
Off to the races!

I have been missing in action. Back to school and its killing me. I am going to start posting again. My weight has been up and down so I need to get serious.
