Same couch... Same curtains... Same desk. The woman? No comparison! The sad woman left and is now replaced by a new and vibrant woman! What a difference! Not only in weight... as in pounds lost. But look at the smile! The confidence! The Hope and Possibility! Bravo! We all need to see these before and after pictures to give us a real feeling that this journey can be done... one day at a time. T.
