Howdy Folks! Maybe it's just me but its feeling a little like spring out there! Hope I'm right!
B Ham and Cheese Roll Up
S small banana
L 4oz's grilled pork chop over peas
S Protien shake after gym
D Meat loaf with a small salad
Got a good bit of "Cardio" in yesterday so will get a bit of weight training in today! Hope everyone has a great day!

I am certainly NOOO example to be setting for anyone, but here's the menu....
B ~ cereal w/ FF milk
L ~ Baked chicken salad w/ LF ranch
D ~ chicken something I'm sure
Snacks will do yorgut and coffee
I have more bad days than good lately, but today is an okay one.
