Tuesday's Food Log
Took a digger in the driveway on the ice on Friday. O U C H.
First day back at exercising.
I must say that I think I had less injury due to my weight loss and exercising routine.
EXERCISE (gotta keep moving no matter what)
1 mile Leslie Sansone walking/resistance band tape, 20 mins.
16 oz H2o with walk.
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal, slice of strawberry
S - 1/2 apple
WATER WATER WATER
L - 3oz's mix of meat/fish protein, raw veggies
WATER WATER WATER
S - 6 oz yogurt
PROTEIN SHAKE in late afternoon
WATER WATER WATER
D - soup with added protein
MULTI, SYNTHROID, ANTIOXIDANT, PROBIOTICS

I ate TERRIBLE yesterday - I mean, really, really bad..........so today I am back on track.....

I'm going to the gym with my friend Kim right after work - doing the eliptical (sp?) for 15 minutes - gotta start somewhere and TODAY IS THE DAY!!
