Hi gang- I am having so much head hunger tonight it is not funny. Am feeling at very loose ends and unsettled. Just thought I would come out here and tell the board instead of picking up the unsweetened apple sauce Am so close to the goal that Dr. A has originally set for me and not that far from my goal for myself--I am keeping that as my focal point and remembering that eating is not going to make ANYTHING better. Thanks for letting me vent Time to slip under the duvet and get ready for another day where I can do so much more than I could before my surgery. with love to you all.... carol d
