L 4oz's Kielbasa stew
S protien shake after gym
D Cooks night off! Will see what the (Mrs.) bring home.
Decaf and Crystal light to keep hydrated. Will hit the Gym after work. Starting to feel like spring out there. Bathing suit season is coming so lets all "Kick it up a notch" . You know how scary that first look in the mirror with our bathing suits on can be! Have a great day everyone!

Will skip exercise today but will go to planet fitness at 430 or 500 am am tomorrow to do exercise
