Good Morning Everybody,
Julio must rush to go work this morning?! I heard Planet Fitness opened in our hometown. I will check on that after work today.
B-cottage cheese with chuck pineapple
S nectar protein drink and waterload
L Wendy Chilli with cheadar cheese
S Waterload
D Something with chicken and small salad
S simple smart milk and waterload
will do 30 min at gym during lunch time at work but probably add up another 30 min to use treadmill tonight at planet fitness
Dont forget to make plan to do exercise 15 or more min today

MORNING! Careful out there... Icy as all get out! Must have warmed up yesterday... melted lots and then froze last night! Hubby says roads are icy too!
EXERCISE
1 mile, 20 mins, Leslie Sansone walking/resistance band tape.
16 oz H2o with walk.
FOOD
In a rush today...
good food with me though... all planned and packed.
