Hi Folks! Hope all of you that had the day off yesterday had fun!. Looks like it's starting to,warm up again! lets hope that "Ground Hog" got it right this time!
B 2 poached eggs
S Small Banana
L 4oz's whole grain pasta in sauce
S Protien Shake after gym
D 4oz's baked pork chop with some sweet potato
Decaf and green tea to keep everything working right. Will hit the gym today after work . Feling a bit of spring in the air! Hope it's coming soon! Have a Great Day all!, :wave

Hope so Julio--heard some birds outside the other morning--they were music to my ears .
B-2 oz chicken
L-veggie burger and a small bit of cauliflower
D-2 oz turkey and 3 cherry tomatoes
S-1/2 c. applesauce
Will have my 2 cups of skim milk along with my 48 ounces of water inbetween.

S - 1/3 banana

L - 2 oz Talapia, raw veggies, 1 tbls dressing
WATER WATER WATER
S - 6 oz Light & Fit/Greek combo yogurt YUM
D - Soup maybe... support group tonight.
