Have any of you tried the GAZELLE sprinter machine? If so, please let me/us know what you think of it. Thanks in advance, Deb

I have one. It was an easy way to begin exercising.. very doable at any weight.

Hi Deb, Here's a link to an amazon.com page that shows all the different models that Tony Little has had made in his Gazelle. I think they all have a different weight capacity. I've tried them while at Dick's Sports/Sports Authority, but felt a little uneasy/unbalanced on them. I got a recument exercise bike and a treadmill instead. Check them each out...and scroll to the end of the pages and see what the consumers have to say and how they rated them. I always view these viewer feedback parts on everything I buy, regardless if I buy it at amazon or not. I'd go try one out at Dick's first. Paula

I think it is a good starter machine. Great for someone that hasn't been active. I don't use it now because I find I can't get my heart rate up with it and don't break a sweat. Good luck! Chrissy

I have a Gazelle and find it great! I agree it's good for beginner exercise. I add in walking and use the Gazelle a few times a day in front of the TV-catchup on news, etc. and it's a nice break, as I work from home. My husband uses it also--he's the same size he was in high school though so he doesn't count!

I have tried the gazelle and the motion is just a little uncomfortable for me....a little awkward.....the eliptical machine is so much easier and more natural for me...just my 2 and a half cents...
