L Roast chicken over spinich
D Going to make some whole grain pasta with turkey meatballs in sauce.
Decaf and green tea to keep "Hydrated " My procedure went well and everything came out perfect so I guess you guys are stuck with me for a while! Went to Gym yesterday along with taking a long walk all over " Harkness State Park " yesterday so got a good workout in. Wil take it easy toninght! I'm beat! LOL Have a great day!

I am not working today SMILE! I finished jogging with my dog Jack for two miles. It is little chilly outside.

S nectar protein and water
L roll over ham and cheese
S waterload
D whole grain pasta over chicken in sauce
S simple smart milk and water
Dont forget to make your time to do exericise for 15 min or more

B~ Frosted mini wheats with skim milk.
S~ Fresh cut fruit
L~ Tuna with light mayo on whole wheat bread
S~Snow peas
D~Chicken Breast with a some baked potato and green beens
I am not feeling well. I have a head cold and feel like it is moving in to my lungs. I get this every year... ugh! Time to break out the heavy duty asthma meds.
