Jenny, 60lbs is absolutely fantastic progress! It is very normal to have things slow down some especially after losing such a great amount of weight is so short a time. Your body is adjusting to it's many changes. Have you taken your measurements? Measuring yourself periodically is another way to gage how you are progressing. Sometimes you will see the inches go down while the scale doesn't.
It sounds like you are doing things right, keep up the good work.

Hi Jenny,
That's a great loss thus far! Now your body will try to figure what it's doing and what you did to it and slow down a bit. If you keep up your cardio exercise, you make your body think that you're not starving it and keep losing. Kick up your cardio a bit more and cut out some carbs *which may cause a stall* and you may see it start up again.
I know that around that time of the month, I slowed down for about ten days or so before and during...
