Hey Bro... its true Cliff is a great guy, but what really matters in your case is HE IS A KNOWLEDGABLE, CARING, CERTIFIED, TRAINER who is sensative to the needs of bariatric patients! Cliff will never make you feel uncomfortable or do something you REALLY dont want to do! Cliff has a knowledge of how to work out, eat right, and get the most from your training. He is sure to do Cardio and reisitance training..... Yes Cliff is a great guy, and an EXCELLENT choice when you are picking a trainer!! (and BTW- I was surpirsed at how responable he is!)
