HI Deb, I think it is totally normal to have thoughts about having WLS after the fact, but honestly it's a mute point to have doubts after you've done it. Why do the weekends bother you more then any other day? Are you bored on the weekend and out of a routine maybe and that's what makes it harder? I know the weekends tend to be a little more difficult for me as well - the structure on the daily grind just isn't there - I tend not to eat breakfast and then get really hungry in the afternoon and then I'll want to pick instead of making myself a healthy well balanced meal. I have completely given up on bread and chicken - I've had way too much trouble with those two foods to even bother - although I can have chicken salad - but chicken breast is too scary for me now - I miss it. I miss bread - but there are so many foods that I can have that I just try not to focus on what I can't. Maybe you could pick yourself up a new cookbook and get some creative ideas of things that you like or things you might want to try - 28 pounds in 2 and half months is incredible success - congratulations! You must be feeling good about that! Just take it one day at a time - try to focus on all the reasons you got the band and how much better your life will be being healthy and eating healthy. Hope you get out of your "funk" - you know, it is always a good idea to seek professional help when you need it.............. Best of luck to you! Tammy
