Open support group meetings

Many times we see posts asking about support group meetings for post-ops that are open. Although I'm sure there is some directory somewhere on OH, I was thinking that it might be easiest if can post our schedules for free and open to all post-op support group meetings to this message. For many of us, myself included, there is always a need to find that little extra motivation, or that tad bit more perspective, that can be gained in meeting some new peers and learning from their experiences. So, when are you meetings? At Norwalk Hospital, we meet on the FIRST WEDNESDAY and the THIRD MONDAY of every month. We always meet at 6 p.m. in the FIRST FLOOR VOLUNTEER CONFERENCE ROOM at Norwalk Hospital (which is easy to reach off of Exit 14 or 15 from 95).

The L+M Hospital group in New London is on the third Wednesday of every month from 6-8pm. The conference room is across from the main help desk. It is not affiliated with any particular surgeon which makes for a diverse group. Good thread. Scott
