I'm joining a gym!
What a wonderful opportunity to have a gym right at your work place and it doesn't cost you a thing but your time. You are worth the effort, I am sure it will kick start your losing again. Try not to worry about sweating, you won't be the only one. Having a friend exercise along side of you should make your time exercising pass quickly.

You are right it is a great opportunity, it's been there for years and it's FREE and finally I'm going to take advantage. You are right I am worthy it - that's sometimes a hard concept for me to grasp. I think of all my learnings in life, one of the hardest is to put myself first. I've always looked at putting myself first as a negative, but I am learning that it is a total positive and a good role model for my son. Putting myself first does not mean I'm being selfish - saying it and really feeling it are a conflict that I am trying to work on!

Congratulations on joining the gym. Give it a good chance, like 3 months to really give it a try. I SO love my gym! I pay $ 27.00/week for my family membership so think of the bargain you are getting! After a little while, the gym becomes a real social time and no one cares how much you sweat because they are sweating just as much! I go to the gym 6 days a week just for the fun of it! Really helps with the weight and the toning.

Thanks for the tip Sandy - I have a tendancy to want to see results really quickly and I know it isn't realistic - so I'll take your advice on the 3 month so I don't get frustrated! I have to learn to get over my hatred of sweating - I always associate sweating with being smelly and I have this being smelly phobia -LOL - One day at a time.......

I joined the gym (Planet Fitness) a month ago and I go about 5 days a week. I feel so much better about myself, and I its helping all my lose parts...lol go back together. Trust me you will feel so much better, and you will want to start going more than twice a week. And it does help to have someone with you to motivate you!!
