Thursdays food log
Morning Everyone! The "Weekend ' is in sight "! Thank Goodness!
B 3oz's bran cereal with 1/2 cup low fat milk
S small apple
L 4oz's kielbasa stew
D Turkey Chili burger , no bun and a small green salad
Decaf and crystal light to keep "Hydrated". Went to gym yesterday so today is just a excersize bike day. Hope everyone stays warm! Its 15 Degrees out here as I Type this! Take Care,
B - Protein Shake
S - Protein Bar
L- Salad bar at work -I got 6 cubes of cheese, a boiled egg, roasted eggplant and a tablespoon of cole slaw and 3 potato cubes from the potato salad
D - probably friendlies tonight - maybe a cheese quesadia or a burger w/no bun
S - ? I'll try to skip it tonight but if I get hungery I've been craving milk a lot lately so I'll have a big glass of milk (1%).
Does this sound like a good day of eating?
