Wednesday's Food Log
Morning Everyone! Its 15 degrees as I type this so bundle up for another cold one!
B Cup of oatmeal
S small apple
L 40z's Turkey Lasanga
S Protien Shake after gym.
D Will throw together some Kielbasa Stew today.
Hopefully will get to the gym today. Have been bad this week. After getting home from work just too bloody cold to shower and run out again. Have to try harder to get back into my "Groove". Noticed I was slipping back into before bedtime bad choices and put a stop to that as well. We have to keep an eye out all the time for those bad habits and nip those little buggers in the bud! Hi Bev. No I just log on here to share with others as to what food choices I make. There isn't much action on the "Food Log" these days but that's ok. I write it as much for myself as others. Seems like writing down what your eating gives you a plan for the day and "Planning" is key to suceeding "Long Term" on your surgery. At least thats how I see it! Hi Bev, I just read your posting and I wanted to tell you my own experience. I don't always post on the food log but I recently started keeping track of everything that I eat and drink on a free web site sparkpeople.com. It also lets you track your exercise and other goals you set for yourself. Since I am 10 months post RNY and my weight loss has slowed down quite a bit since the early months I have found this website so helpful and informative. It has motivated me to become accountable for my actions and has helped me challenge myself and now my weightloss has started up again , 5lbs in the last 12 days. I wished I had started this journaling from the beginning.
We need all the help and inspiration we can get, from this message board, support meetings, friends, family and wherever we can get it and sparkpeople has been one added measure of support for me.
