Tuesday's Food Log
Morning Everyone! 14 Degrees as I write this so you all know the plan! Nows the time of year I miss all that "Insulation" I used to carry around with me . Bundle up!
B 2 poached eggs
S small peach
L 4oz's Lasanga. Will just eat the filling between the noodles
S Protien shake after gym to heal up
D Baked chicken patty with spinich and a small salad
Big mug of decaf and lots of green tea to keep me warm and hydrated. Have a great day all! Stay Warm!
Oh my...
My "just had a baby" daughter is not well physically (has 2 infections), so this "Mama-NanaBanana-Poppins" is on her way back to NYC for a repeat performance to help the new parents.
I promise to be clean with my food... making sure I get the proper nutrition and hydration...and will try to get some exercise in while gone for the rest of the week. I miss Leslie Sansone!
Again, without this surgery, I would not be resilient enough to be tootling into "the city" and making myself available for 2 am whatevers. I am a grateful Nana, truly blessed with a new body to live my life as it is presented to me.

waterloaded b4 meals and hydrating big time today... this cold weather is pruning me!
midday pilates today and yoga tonight for exercise

Hi all,
Since I have been out of work in Dec., I have had no structure to my days. Some days I am home all day and some day all I do is run around. I forget to eat one meal almost everyday and of course the scale is not moving (gee I wonder why!). I start off good everyday but I always ate in my cafeteria so when lunch rolls around, I am lost!
So today is a new day and I am going to try this plan since I should be home most of the day. I have learned I need to be better prepared - that's a for sure. If anyone has any suggestions, they are more then welcome!
B- Yougurt w/Kashi
S - 1/2 banana
L - tuna w/low fat mayo
S - stick of cheese
D - Kathy K's stuffed peppers
S - Protein Shake

I will be very busy tonight.... Hate that weather BRRRRRRR I do not have fat cells left over!!!

S simple smart milk and water
will skip exercise today but will work harder tomorrow
