Morning Folks, Hope everyone is having a great week!
B 3oz's eggplant parm, ( gotta move the leftovers)
S small banana
L Turkey hot dog , no bun in 2oz's baked beans
S Protien shake after gym
D Sausage and peppers
Large Decaf coffee and lots of water to drink . Will hit the gym after work to work on summer body! Just a few months away folks! Nows the time to get it in "Gear"! Take care and have a wonderful day!
Summer bodies!!!! Yikes... I do need to get it in gear.... been taking way too many liberties these last few weeks. I have been stress eating lately and not happy about it.
Thanks for reminding me that I still want to fit into my cotton candy pink skirtini, Julio!! LOL
B- 1/2 bagel, slice mozz cheese
s - protein bar
L - chicken wrap with smoked cheese, hummus and brocolli slaw
d - dunno..... chicken or steak stir fry
s - 50 sf popcicles
exercise...... waiting hand and foot on sick daughter #2 this week. Did I mention I am raising a Diva? Hope to get a walk in later
