D Turkey Hot Dog with a small salad
Did gym and long walk yesterday so will just hit the excersize bike after work today. Will take my Decaf and water bottle to work with me to keep everything running smoothly. Everyone have a Wonderful day!
Still in NYC tending to mama, papa and gorgeous new baby.
Eating as best I can... brought my foods with me.
eating it on time is the key... must be on the flex right now.
and eating a warm meal.. well? not happening right now...
exercise down the drain this week.
will survive, yet... here is the good news... I MISS EXERCISE!

Well folks, I just dont get it......some days I am so hungry I can eat anything and the scale really doesnt move much, but then on days I try to be careful I gain.....i just dont know......all weekend, i could barely eat anything and i get on the scale this am and I am up a pound or 2 from friday! DAMN!!!!
B ~ cereal w/ FF milk
L ~ chef salad with light ranch
D ~ not sure yet (but I feel like about 5 lbs of chocolate should be enough) ok, ok, sorry......
