Hi Everybody! Hope all are doing well.
B 2 poached eggs with cheese
S Small Apple
L Some leftover chicken stew.
D Have leftovers adding up in the frig so think I will do a "Buffet" night to move some of them. Funny how now that we have a new way of eating we have to also lean how to start cooking for "Lighter eaters"
Decaf and water to keep hydrated . So Important to get our fluids in, especially during this dry weather. Don't forget to "Moisturize" as well. Dry skin will kill you this time of year! Have a Great Day Everyone!
I went for a fill yesterday so today is all liquids - no worries of being dehydrated here! I hear you on the moisturizer - I just recently developed eczema on my thumb and if I don't keep the lotion flowing I suffer like crazy! Eucerin is the best I've found so far.........

Hi everyone, I had another great day.
B- yogurt with scoop protien powder and 2 oz 1% milk about 25 g protien, 160 cal
L- 4 oz roast pork, 1/4 c sweet potatos, 1/4 brocolli
s- froz pudding pop sf
D- large salad of lettuce, 6 grape tomatos, 1 oz cheese and 1 oz turkey, spritzed with italian dsg
s - high protien cereal bar 140 cal/ 10gprotien
I walked 15 minutes on my tredmill and then for the first time I was able to use our total gym which is down in the cellar, used this for another 15 min. The last time I tried to use the total gym was over a year ago and I really wasn't strong enough to use it, I also had too much difficulty getting on and off of it so I didn't use it. It felt so good to be able to get on and off without difficulty and to be able to get some good muscle resistance excercises in along with aerobic excercise. Now I can add this into exercise routine.
