Morning everyone, "Here we go again!"
B 2 poached eggs
S small Peach
L 4oz's chicken stew
S Protien shake after gym
D Turkey Kielbasa with kraut on a whole wheat hot dog bun with a small salad
Decaf and Green tea to keep things hydrated. Gym after work with thoughts of warm spring days in my head! Stay Warm Everyone!

B~ whole wheat toast with peanutbutter
S~small apple
L~salad with some grilled chicken
S~Light n fit yogurt
D~ Not sure yet.
Having regular coffee... need to stay awake. Will make sure to drink lots of water to off set the caffeen.
No workout today... have to work 15 hr day. UGH
