Man you aren't kidding when you say it's cold - brrrrrr
How are you feeling Julio?
B- Protein Shake
S - Protein Bar
L - 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 Tbsp of the most incredible salmon spread on 2 ritz crackers and a 3 ounce bag of trail mix
D - Cheese Quesadia w/salsa and sour cream
I've been on the bike 3 nights in a row so far - going forthe 4th tonight and going to up it from 15 minutes to 20! Reading the chronicles of Narnia while I spin is making the time go by really fast - I've found that reading while I ride is much better then the iPod - I've never read C.W. Lewis before and I'm loving it - it's right up there with Harry Potter and the Eragon books.........If I put my mind into a land of fantasy I don't notice how much I hate exercising!

Decided to check in with you today, I guess we are in for some cold weather. We were due.
B- yogurt smoothy with scoop protien powder
L- 2-3 oz steak, luttuce and tomato salad with a spritz of dsg, 2 T rice
D- large luttuce and tomato salad with 2 oz turkey breast and 1/2 oz cheese with spritz of dsg.
1 small sweet potato bisquit
lots of decaf tea and coffee
Spent a few hours cleaning out a closet, up and done stairs, vacuumed and cleaned Br trying to get a head start on "spring cleaning".
