Tuesday's Food Log
Hi Everyone! Was feeling a bit out of it yesterday. Hopefully a lot of rest and chicken soup did the trick for me!
B 1/2 cup oatmeal with a few blue berrys
S chese stick
L 2oz's whole grain pasta with some diced him in cheese sauce.
D Stuffed chicken breasts with sweet potato and a small salad
Will see how I feel after work to see if I can make it to the gym. Still feel a bit weak but will give it a go if I feel better this afternoon! Take Care Everyone!

I need to drink more water load so I will go back into that now.
Waterload 16 oz while getting ready for work
B light peaches yogurt
Waterload try to up 45 oz
L chef salad with low fat dressing
S waterload
D ???? probably stuff pepper with turkey burger
S waterload
will exercise 45 min for cardio at gym Cannot wait planet fitness gym open very soon in first week of Feb

EXERCISE
1 mile, Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 20 mins.
8 oz H20 with walk.
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs. 1/4 c oatmeal
S - 2 tbls cottage cheese, strawberry sliced
WATER
L - 4 oz Talapia, Lean beef, raw veggies, 1 tbls southbeach dressing
S - Protein shake with 6 oz soymilk or yogurt with added protein powder
WATER
D - not sure... maybe soup with added protein
S - egg custard
WATER

Julio - Hope you are feeling better - my husband has been sick since Thanksgiving and is now on his 3rd round of antibiotics - he's had a sinus infection that just doesn't want to clear out of his head (the poor guy) - hope you get over your illness much quicker!
I'm back on good behavior - have gotten on my bike and did some spinning for two days in a row - going for 3 tonight!
B- protein shake
S- protein bar
L- Omelette w/onions, mushrooms, sausage, ham and cheese (and lots of ketchup)
D - meatballs and brocolli
S- lite cool whip w/a tsp of peanut butter whipped in
So far I've had 20 ounces of water!

D ~ healthy choice hot dog with some kind of veggie, maybe cuccumbers with LF itailian dressing, yummy!
snack will be coffee w/ ff creamer, tea, and water. LOL
Have to try to figure out a way to get in all my water. That is 1 thing I am NOT good at.
