J-man missing in action?
EXERCISE
2 miles, Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 30 mins.
16 oz H20 with walk.
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs. 1/4 c oatmeal
S - 1/4 c cottage cheese, banana slices
WATER
L - 4 oz Talapia, Lean beef, raw veggies, 1 tbls southbeach dressing
S - Protein shake with 6 oz soymilk
WATER
D - not sure... maybe soup with adde protein
S - SF jello
WATER
Stress is getting me a bit lately...
eating at night when I should not be.
so... gotta nip that puppy in the bud!
Anybody who is having a problem with Grazing or snacking...
I found a great list from a sister OH'r of what to do instead of snacking.

Okay...let the new week begin:
B 1 slice raisin toast with cottage cheese on it
S- Protein drink -I don't know why--just feel like one
L-Stuffed pepper
S-roasted chicken with green beans
I do have trouble with grazing. I had such a hard time getting the wgt back on that I fell into bad habits and they are really tough to break. For this week I am only going to have 1 candy kiss or M and M a day(I have no more Twizzlers and will not buy them,--did you hear me Linnie's head and pouch? I will not buy them again!) I think if I am hungry tonite after dinner I will have a cup of tea and see if that is enough. If not I will try....a piece of protein. Ijust had breakfast and I am already hungry so I am going to try the hot tea now-I'm trying to wait until 10:30 for the protein drink.

OK, I need someone to slap the "you know what" out of me please. Yes its that TOM and I try, yes I really do try not to use that as an excuse to eat rappy things, but why do I do it each month ?:??????
B ~ bowl of cinnamon toast crunch
L ~ Lean cuisine & a piece of chocolate cake (B-day at work)
D ~not sure yet, but I fell like it will be something bad for me!
The funny thing is that I have not gained anything! So I guess God is giving me a reprieve and telling me to get back into gear.
Hope tomorrows diet looks much better.

D Will have some chicken soup. Feeling something coming on.
