Well folk's. we made it! "TGIF" Everyone have a Great Weekend!
B String cheese wrapped in a slice of Turkey
S Small orange
L 4oz's seafood salad over lettuce
S protien shake after Gym
D Cooks night off, Will see what the "Misses" picks up.
Decaf and Hot Green Tea to keep me "Floating" today. Will hit the gym when I get home! "Take Care" Everyone!
Oh...trying to go low carb for a couple of weeks to get my sytem feeling better.....
B...1 1/2 scrambled eggs (tried for 2, couldn't finish)
then a latte coffee a little later in the morning
S...peanuts if I get hungry...
L...not low carb on lunch...have a lean cuisine meal...
S...cheese
D....chicken, green beans....
S....Fruit loops (just kidding)......probably some green peppers...
I really have messed up my system with overdoing the sugar over the holidays.. although I am back on track, and have been for over a week, I still don't feel quite right,,,, And I usually feel better when I go low carb...The hypoglycemia makes that a little difficult sometimes, but we'll see...
Been really "kicking it up a notch" with the strength training, my goal is to be able to do pull ups... not even close yet...lol
Also, been running a little more, but have not yet officially jump-started my running training, as things have been alittle crazy at home and work.....
