B Turkey and cheese Roll Up
S Cheese stick
L 4oz's seafood salad over lettuce
S Small orange
D Minute steak with onion and a small salad
Big cup of Decaf and lots of Crystal light to keep Hydrated. Went to gym yesterday so will get a nice walk in when I get home from work! Hope everyone has a great day!

L-Chixen stew
S-Pork chop, and vedgies
Snacks: Bagel and peanut butter and fruit.
Propel, hot tea and Propel
Back to the gym today. Took yesterday off so I have been going everyday since New Year's. Today is upper body strengthening.
Reach out and grab some joy today
So I have gained 30 lbs from my lowest weight. Luckily, it doesn't show that much except that I have gone up one dress size. But I know that I didn't have surgery just to gain all my weight back. So here we go...I am following a diet given to me by the Nut.
B - NSA oatmeal
S - cheese stick
L - small salad w/ tuna
S - light yogurt
D - turkey breast & spinach
I am going to step up the fluid intake as well to stave off the grazing.
