Tuesday's Food Log
Morning Everyone, Well the rains have stopped and it's looking like a clear cold night out there!
B 2 Poached eggs
S Cheese stick
L 3oz's Seafood salad over lettuce
S Protien shake after gym
D Chicken and pepper stir fry over a little brown rice
Big cup of Decaf and lots of crystal light to get me thru the day. Will hit the gym after work to help get rid of those few extra pounds that "The Holidays" left me with. Hope everyone has a great day!

16 oz H20 with walk.
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs. 1/4 c oatmeal
S - 1/4 c cottage cheese, banana slices
WATER
L - 4 oz Talapia, chicken, cheese combo, raw veggies, 1 tbls southbeach dressing
S - Protein shake with 6 oz soymilk

D - 3 oz Chicken breast, salad
S - egg custard, one sliced strawberry
