Morning Everyone! Rain is falling as I write so take a peek outside before you head out! They say winter is finally coming back this week so remember to bundle up!
B ham and cheese roll up
S cheese stick
L 4oz's Veggy Meatloaf
S small orange
D Steamed Pollok on a bed of Spinich Drizzled with seasoned garlic oil (yum)
Decaf and Crystal light are the drinks of choice for the day. Went to gym yesterday so will get a bit of excersize bike in after supper. Everyone have a great day!
Good Morning Julio and Everybody,
It was so wonderful running outside in warmer weather last Saturday and hope it will come back warmer weather again during winter time!!!!

L chef salad with low fat dressing
S load of water
D pork, salad and broccillio
S load of water no snack after dinner
Will go to gym to do upper weight lift and cardio too

2 miles Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 30 mins.
16 oz H20 with walk.
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/2 TJ's mini muffin
S - 1/4 c cottage cheese, 1/3 banana slices
WATER
L - 4 oz combo of talapia, chicken, cheese, raw veggies/fruit wth 1 tbls southbeach dressing
WATER
S - 1/2 apple, protein shake with 6 oz soy milk
D - Tab soup with added protein
S - homemade egg custard....YUM
WATER
Rain is good... cleansing.
Getting ready for the birth of my newest grandson soon!
Getting very very excited. Will be there for the birth.
